About Us
Jayna, Inc. is a growing company dedicated to innovation in manufacturing and engineering excellence. We specialize in precision machining and automated systems, supporting industries that demand the highest quality and reliability.
Position Overview

The majority of your time will be spent on your feet, working directly with CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electronic controls to keep production running efficiently. If you prefer troubleshooting and problem-solving on the shop floor over sitting behind a computer, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting, focusing on Okuma and Fanuc CNC controls, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Work directly on the factory floor to diagnose and repair electronic control systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Apply engineering principles to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Utilize 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion) for design modifications, but expect most of your work to be hands-on.
- Collaborate with machine operators, technicians, and production teams to support and improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in CNC maintenance, specifically with Okuma and Fanuc CNC controls.
- Strong working knowledge of electronic controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- 3D modeling experience with SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd shift and weekends as needed.
- Must be comfortable working on the factory floor, standing, moving, and troubleshooting equipment for most of the shift.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Preferred: Coursework in manufacturing processes and materials.
Why Join Jayna, Inc.?
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- A dynamic, hands-on work environment where you'll see the direct impact of your skills.
